Applications: UV & Rain / Splash Shield for Rooftop DC Array Isolator – Flip End Cover for Left or Right Application.
Regulations: From 2015 electrical regulation require Rooftop DC Isolators / Breaker Enclosures to be protected by a weather shield to prevent water ingress and UV degradation. All conduit entering and exiting Rooftop DC Isolators / Breaker Enclosures must do so from the Low Side. This shield combo is designed to protect the High Exposed Side of Isolators / Breaker Enclosures from Rain / Splash Back and UV Exposure on Pitched Roofs and Tilt Systems.
